OUR STRATEGIC GOALS

Supporting Individuals
Outhouse East will support people in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, and those connected to it through family or other relationships, to increase their skills, knowledge, and self-confidence to improve their health and well-being.

Strengthening Communities
Outhouse East will work in partnership with other individuals and organisations to build a strong, cohesive and influential lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Voluntary and Community Sector.

Promoting Equality
Outhouse East will promote awareness, visibility and inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in order for them to achieve full equality in all areas of life.
